  1. Best blog advice: Read & review what you want. Don't feel pressured to keep up with every single new release. After all, we can only read so much and we should keep blogging fun and not a chore!

  2. While you can take advice from others and kind of learn the ropes from seeing what experienced bloggers do, don't copy what they do. Do what you want with your blog without feeling like there are certain things you have to do. You don't have to do anything.

  7. Congrats for reaching 1500! The best advice i have heard in my 2 months of blogging, is to blog for yourself, and that's it. Have fun with it, and don't feel you have to do massive amounts of giveaways and positive reviews ( even if you didn't like the book) so people like your blog. Just be honest and sincere, and people will come to love you and your blog:)

  8. My blogging advice that I would give to anyone, would be to try your hardest at blogging frequently and try to communicate with your readers on a personal level.

    Thanks for the giveaway!

  10. That when you review you just be honest. And keep your blog true to yourself, and not make it anything to crazy.

  11. Best blogging advice I ever read... I guess that blogging isn't a job, no matter how much it might feel like it. When I first started, I was literally going insane with the pressure to post all the time, etc, so this advice really helped me to put things into perspective.

    Congrats on 1510+ followers! :)

  13. The more you care about other people's blogs- the more they will care about yours. If you take the time to comment on someone else's blog (other than "Nice")- it will be worth it.

  18. Definitely to still make time for everything else. Don't feel pressured and get bogged down by only blogging. 'me' time.

  19. Best blog advice: Write honest reviews that do more than just repeat the plot, and don't let blogging pressure you. It's not school, you can read what you want, post when you want, and write what you want.

Congrats on reaching 1500, and thanks for the giveaway!

  20. Congrats on the followers!

The best advice I have heard is to not let blogging become a job. Do it for fun and don't let it become so complicated and time-consuming that it turns into a chore. :)

  21. Best blog advice is probably "do what you want." People always want to know "How often do I post?" or "Is it ok to post stuff that's not about books?" etc.... It's your blog -- do what you want.

    Congrats and Thanks!

  22. The best blogging advice that I ever received was that if blogging is supposed to be fun and if it ever begins to feel like work, take a step back and a couple of days off to let myself recharge. This has been excellent advice!

  25. It's OK to take a blogging break! We are not machines that can read, review, and repeat. Sometimes a break is the best thing we can do for our blogs and ourselves, even as the TBR pile climbs. Fresh perspective always comes after a break...and that helps a lot.

    Congrats on 1500!

  30. Best Blog Advice: Read and review what you want. Don't read something because they want you too. If you aren't interested into that type of genre, don't read it. Whoever suggested or recommended it should understand. :D

  34. Oooh, both those books look good. The cover for Fury is gorgeous. Best blog advise I've heard:

'...find some bloggers with a similar taste in books to connect with.' Connecting to others on Twitter has definitely made my day, if not my blog much more interesting. Except for the part where it's going to make me poor from all the new books I'm finding to read!

  35. Best Advice I Received About Blogging: Do it for you! It doesn't matter if people actually read it or not, just do it because you love to do it. Having people read it is just a bonus.

  39. The best advice that has been given to me is read what YOU want to read. Don't worry about what you think others want to see you review. Also, I was advised to get out there and comment at other blogs, and not worry about that number above the followers. :)
