Introducing....Banned Book Tours

The new year has started and so has a new adventure! I am happy to announce that I will be hosting ARC tours! Banned Book Tours will start off slow with a few books and might be a little different from tours that you have participated in before. I invite you to take the time to look over all of the details and decide if you would like to participate. Here are a few to get you started:

What is a book tour?
A book makes its way to several bloggers in order to be read and reviewed. A win for authors and publishers, and a win for the reader.

How can I be a part of a book tour?
You need to live in the United States and have your own book blog. You need to be willing to read the book in a timely fashion and commit to writing an honest, well-thought review. I need more than, “I liked it a lot.” I am looking for a review that reflects on literary elements that make up a story - plot, setting, characters, ect…

Requirements:
You must be at least 18 years old.

You must have a YA/Children’s Lit book blog.

You must be a frequent blogger - more than twice a week - and you must have meaningful reviews on your blog. We are trying to promote a book and want to reach as many people as possible. I understand if you do not have 500+ followers. I am more interested in your past reads and reviews than your follower count.

You are free to immediately post your review or save it for a later date. Your review will be compiled with the others and posted on I Read Banned Books blog. You will be credited and your blog linked.

Treat the book tour like a service and privilege. Choose your books wisely and manage your time well.

There is a three strikes you're out policy. When in doubt…email me - jenbigheart@yahoo.com

For a FULL LIST of all details please go HERE
All details can be located under the I Read Banned Books heading in the Banned Book Tours tab.
All tour books will contain a ‘Banned Book Tours’ tag.

I hope you consider joining me as we review and promote up-and-coming books to eager readers.

Happy Reading!

  3. Wow! How exciting! I filled out your form but your 'agree to terms' only lets me choose one instead of all.

Can't wait to join in on the touring.
