From the Publisher:
A stunning anthology of the very best of steampunk that's taking teen fiction by storm. Bestselling romance editor Trisha Telep brings an exciting new element to the fast-growing sub-genre of steampunk, which bends and blends the old and the new in increasingly popular dark urban fantasies. Young heroes and heroines battle evil, in various forms with the help of super-technological or supernatural powers, while falling in and out of love.

I usually don't read anthologies or compilations, but I will definitely read this! I'm all over the Steampunk*ery stuff!

Happy Reading!

  1. Love it! Steampunk is my fantasy world. I wish I lives in THIS Victorian London, not the usual edition (Doesn't everyone love how it is usually set in Europe? Where's the Asian Steampunk...LOL)

When I went to Dragon*Con last year, I dressed up as an Air Pirate! Favorite steampunk character!

    Thanks for the WoW suggestion.

  2. The cover is AWESOME. What's an "anthology?"

  3. *gasp* I hadn't heard of this one! I'll be adding it to my list. I usually don't read anthologies either but I do have a lot of them because they have my favorite authors in them. This one will be one of them too! =)

  4. I'm totally into the whole steampunk era. I am adding this to my never ending wishlist.

Check out my WOW: The Simon Pulse "Elizabeth" Edition.

  5. I thought it was an anthology, but not sure if that is the right word. Usually an anthology is something one person puts together (art, music, etc...) from others previous works. This has an editor, but I'm not sure anthology is the right term.

Anyway....we'll go with compilation. ;) I think it looks awesome too!

@Eli...would love to see a picture of you from Dragon*Con!

  6. Nope, you're totally right! An anthology is a collection of works by various authors that has one editor who compiles the works together and often writes the foreword explaining the premise of the anthology! You're dead on.

Tangents aside, this looks super wonderful... I'm only just getting into steampunk a little and I'm liking it so far! Check out my WoW if you get a chnce, it's not steampunk but still looks excellent :)
